Mr. Forth joined Berkshire Capital in 2001 to support transaction execution across Berkshire Capital’s practice areas.  Brad has broad-based experience in merger, acquisition and valuation advisory activities for institutional investment managers, high net worth managers, multi-family offices, mutual fund managers, hedge fund of funds managers, retail brokerage firms and real estate investment management and services firms.

From 2005 to 2010 Mr. Forth was a co‐founder and the executive vice president, chief financial officer and secretary of Highbury Financial Inc., a publicly traded investment management holding company.

Brad was graduated from Duke University in 2001 with a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Chemistry. He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
