Ms. Hong joined Berkshire Capital in 2003 to focus on transaction execution across Berkshire Capital’s practice areas.  Bomy is based in the London office and she leads the firm’s international M&A business activities. She is responsible for new business generation and transaction execution efforts.  Her primary areas of focus include cross border transactions or deals generated outside of North America. She also oversees the professional development of the firm’s associates and analysts.

Through her tenure at Berkshire Capital, Bomy has gained extensive M&A and valuation experience across the institutional asset management, wealth management, mutual fund, securities, real estate and alternative asset management sectors.  She has actively contributed to the successful completion of a variety of transactions for Berkshire Capital clients globally.

Bomy graduated from Harvard University, cum laude, with a BA degree in Economics.  She is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
