Berkshire Capital Securities Ltd., established in 1998, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Capital Securities LLC.

Berkshire Capital UK was established to increase Berkshire Capital’s presence in the European marketplace. The London office enables the firm to provide local service for European clients and to service Berkshire Capital’s U.S. clients with respect to their interests in Europe.

Like its parent, Berkshire Capital UK focuses exclusively on the financial services industry, and specifically on transactions involving asset management and securities firms. Since 1998, the London office has completed assignments for a range of UK and other Europeon companies, including Bank of Ireland, Alpha Trust and Majedie Investments.

Berkshire Capital UK is committed to providing independent merger, acquisition and strategic advisory services to clients undertaking cross-border, transatlantic and local transactions. In addition, Berkshire Capital UK provides valuation services.

Berkshire Capital UK is led by Patrick Von Stauffenberg. The UK team of investment banking professionals and support staff provides wide-ranging experience gained from years of working within the financial services industry. The firm’s senior professionals bring transaction execution experience as well as operating management and strategic planning expertise.
