Analyst – Entry Level
First-year analysts at Berkshire Capital are introduced to basic transaction and valuation responsibilities, including target buyer analysis, comparable transaction analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, drafting of sales memoranda and presentations, performance of due diligence and post-transaction analysis.
Associate – MBA Level
An Associate is responsible for executing a variety of transaction and valuation functions. These include target buyer analysis, comparable transaction analysis, comparable transaction analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, drafting of documents, performance of due diligence and post-transaction analysis. Associates must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage their time efficiently.
